Our client base consists primarily of Subcontractors in New York, Pennsylvania and New Jersey that have annual revenues of 10 to 60 million dollars.  They represent many different trades and service companies engaged in the construction industry.  They have numerous employees (most of which are union) and experience the significant problems that are created by them.  Most all of them are trying to cut costs without sacrificing quality, especially in their legal budget.
